Ordering
Can I cancel or change my order?
We start making your order quickly to get it to you as fast as possible. If you need to cancel, email info@sekkle.com within 1–2 hours of placing your order. After that, production may have already started and we can't guarantee a cancellation. We're unable to make changes to an order once it's been placed.
Can I use multiple promo codes on one order?
Only one promo code can be applied per order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Sekkle Gift Cards, and prepaid Visa/Mastercard gift cards. Note: if you use a prepaid gift card, keep it handy — any refund will be returned to that original card.
Can I combine a gift card with a credit card?
Yes — you can combine a Sekkle gift card with a major credit or debit card on a single order.
Production & Shipping
Why does it take a little longer to arrive?
Every Sekkle piece is made to order after you purchase — we don't hold pre-printed stock. This intentional approach keeps quality high and reduces waste. Production typically takes 4–6 business days, followed by shipping time. Estimated delivery windows are shown on each product page and at checkout.
How long does production take?
4–6 business days for apparel. 4–6 business days for non-apparel (mugs, phone cases, etc.). Over 97% of orders ship within 6 business days, and more than half ship within 3 days. Large orders may take up to 7 business days.
Does Sekkle ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. All applicable customs duties, import fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Which countries don't you ship to?
We currently can't ship to: Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions (Ukraine), Russia, Belarus, the Gaza Strip, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria, and North Korea. This list may change due to world events or carrier restrictions.
Do all items in my order ship together?
Most items ship together, but some products ship separately due to packaging. These include mugs, framed posters, posters, canvas, and stickers.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email. You can also check your order status by logging into your account. Note: tracking info can take up to 48 hours to appear in a carrier's system after shipment. International tracking may take a few extra days to update.
My package shows as delivered but I haven't received it — what do I do?
Start by checking around your property (porches, mailboxes, with neighbours) and contacting your local post office or carrier — they often leave delivery notes with location details. If you're still unable to locate it, reach out to us. We're not able to reship or refund orders that tracking confirms as delivered, but we'll do our best to help.
What if my package is lost in transit?
Submit a claim to info@sekkle.com no later than 2 weeks after your estimated delivery date. We'll cover the cost of reprinting and reshipping. We may ask you to confirm your shipping address and check in with your local post office first.
I entered the wrong address — what now?
Contact us immediately at info@sekkle.com. If the order hasn't shipped, we may be able to update it. If it's already on its way and gets returned to us, we'll contact you to confirm the correct address — new shipping charges will apply for the reship.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
Every Sekkle piece is made to order — all sales are final unless an item arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged. If that happens, email us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo and your order number. We'll review the claim and, if approved, replace it or refund it in full. Claims are subject to review and we reserve the right to decline if damage appears customer-caused.
My item arrived damaged or defective. What do I do?
Email info@sekkle.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement or issue a full refund. Claims are subject to review — we reserve the right to decline if damage appears to be caused by customer handling, misuse, or improper care after delivery.
Can I exchange for a different size?
We're not currently able to process exchanges. Since each piece is made to order, we recommend reviewing our size guides carefully before purchasing. If you're unsure, email us before ordering and we'll help you pick the right size.
When will I get my refund?
For approved defect or damage claims, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method once we've confirmed the issue.
Can I return a sale item?
Items purchased at a discount or from The Vault are final sale and cannot be returned — unless they arrive defective, in which case our full replacement guarantee still applies.
Products & Care
Why does my shirt have a vinegar smell when it arrives?
That's completely normal for direct-to-garment (DTG) printed items. The smell comes from a fixation agent used in the printing process to help ink bond with the fabric — it's industry-standard. Simply wash the garment once and the smell will go away completely.
How do I wash my Sekkle apparel?
Printed apparel (DTG): Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle, mild detergent. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Cool iron inside-out only — never iron the print.
Embroidered apparel: Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle. Do not wring. Tumble dry on cool air. Iron inside-out between two cloths.
All-over printed apparel: Machine wash cold, no bleach, tumble dry low. Do not iron or dry-clean.
Hats: Hand wash only with mild detergent in lukewarm water. Do not machine wash — this preserves the shape and embroidery.
Where are Sekkle products made?
We have fulfillment partners in the United States, Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean, Asia, and Europe. Your order is fulfilled at the facility closest to you to keep shipping times as short as possible.
